Ms Andria Gush

Andria Gush is an experienced occupational therapist with over two decades dedicated to Mental Health. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Stellenbosch University and a diploma from CPUT. She spent five years working for the NHS in the UK and upon her return to South Africa in 2006, worked part-time over ten years at Tygerberg Hospital School, with the teens from Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as undertaking locum work. She has been running a private practice in the northern suburbs of Cape Town and headed up the therapeutic program during the first year of M-care clinic, Durbanville opening in 2017. Further honing her skills, she completed Integral Life Coaching training from UCT Graduate School of Business in 2019. Andria’s career took a more personal turn when she was diagnosed with ADHD later in life. This sparked her dedication to empowering other neurodiverse adults, helping them navigate executive function challenges and achieve personal growth. In recent years, she has specialized in ADHD coaching, uniquely combining OT and coaching in a holistic, strengths-based approach.
