Cancellation of Registration (Payment Received)
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to elize@londocor.co.za.
- Cancellations received on or before 8 July 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received from 9 July 2025 onward will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the congress and are subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
